Just to update you on the latest supply issues with Acuvue TruEye as of May and June 2011
The manufacturers are having production problems with certain powers of Acuvue TruEye where they cannot currently supply either the 30 packs of lenses or the 90 packs or (for some powers) neither of these.
Where available we are supplying packs of 10 ‘trial’ lenses to tide customers over. We were assured by Acuvue that the problems would be sorted out very soon but at the moment there are still some powers which are being delayed.
We apologise for these delays. Unfortunately they are somewhat out of our control but we are trying – where possible – to maintain some supplies of lenses until normal service is resumed.
