 | Help & Advice on Buying Lenses online at The Contact Lens Shop
We have tried to make The Contact Lens Shop as easy as possible to use. If, however there are areas that you do not understand you may find some clarification in one of the sections below. If you can't find the answer here (or in our FAO section), please email us and we'll do our best to get back to you quickly.
Navigation
The aim of this site is to conveniently supply replacement contact lenses at lower prices than would find on the High Street and other suppliers. We are therefore assuming that you are already using a particular type and a particular brand. We only sell the most popular brands.
To locate your normal brand:
Firstly, click on one of the buttons on the left e.g. 'Daily Disposables'. Then click on the picture of the brand you normally use. e.g. 'Acuvue'. Usually there is only one product per brand but if there is more than one, they will be underneath each other on the page. Using the scroll bar on the side of the screen, move to the product you normally use.
If you need help, or you have a question which may be covered in our FAO (Frequently Asked Questions) section,
To get back to the opening screen just click on the 'Home' button (or on the logo at the top of the page).
Products
We sell the UK's most popular Contact Lens products, and hopefully by following the steps shown above you are able to locate the product you normally use. If you are unable to find the product you normally use please email us with as much information as you can find about the product (the details should be on the box) and we may be able to supply these too at our special The Contact Lens Shop prices.
Ordering
We have taken steps to make the ordering process as simple and as secure as we can. Orders can be made on-line at a time and a pace to suit you.
